Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once content has been delivered. A refund may be considered in the following limited circumstances: • The content was never delivered to your Telegram account despite a confirmed payment. • The delivered content was materially different from its description. To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of the purchase date via our official Telegram support channel. Refund requests made after this window will not be entertained. We reserve the right to decline refund requests at our sole discretion.

By purchasing content, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the content for your personal enjoyment. You may not: • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share purchased content with third parties. • Upload or re-sell purchased content on any platform. • Remove any watermarks, metadata, or identifying information from purchased content. Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to legal liability.

You agree not to use the Platform to: • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation. • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity. • Engage in any fraudulent activity, including charge-backs or payment fraud. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its related systems. • Post or transmit any unsolicited communications, spam, or phishing content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these conduct standards without prior notice.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that: • The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. • The results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BuddyStore and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which we operate, at our sole discretion. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
